Deborah J. Grissom
President

Deborah Grissom is President and founder of Bladestone Financial LLC and is responsible for the overall operation and development of the company's products. In this capacity, Ms Grissom focuses on strategic planning, client service and transaction execution.

Prior to founding Bladestone, Ms. Grissom was a partner in AGS Financial LLC, providing leadership and hands on participation on all in-country assignments. She managed all international AGS assignments and spent considerable time on the ground throughout Latin America and Europe.

Ms. Grissom's prior experience includes a Vice President in Fixed Income with CS First Boston and VP and Manager of Secondary Marketing with Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. Her experience in the industry includes: origination, secondary marketing, investor reporting, servicing and securitization.

Walter Marotta
Principal

Walter Marotta is a Principal in Bladestone Financial and works out of the New York regional office. Mr. Marotta is responsible for the implementation and execution of the Bladestone platform and participates on all in country assignments.

Prior to his position with Bladestone, Mr. Marotta was a Vice President with AGS Financial LLC where he focused on developing servicing platforms for international transactions. Mr. Marotta also spent time in AGS's Sao Paulo, Brazil office where he specifically focused on due diligence and asset servicing for mortgage and asset finance transactions originating from Latin America. Mr. Marotta previously held positions in the domestic fixed income and structured finance areas of Nomura Securities, Credit Suisse First Boston and Salomon Brothers.

Willette R. Teasley
Principal

Willette Teasley is a Principal in Bladestone Financial and is based out of Raleigh, North Carolina. Ms. Teasley is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Bladestone's domestic due diligence services.

Prior to her position with Bladestone, Ms. Teasley was a vice president with AGS Financial LLC for three years and has fourteen years of experience with GE Mortgage Insurance Corporation as a Fraud Investigator, Quality Assurance Auditor and Operations/Branch Manager.
