Engagement Highlight:

Bladestone is currently engaged as the Oversight Consultant for the Belize Mortgage Company 2002-1 transaction. Moody's and Fitch rated this transaction A3 and A, respectively. Bladestone monitors the reporting and servicing of the Development Finance Corporation on behalf of the investors and trustee.

Bladestone's primary role is to:

Track and report on collateral performance
Monitor deal triggers and cashflow allocation
Oversee claims to government and third party guarantee provider
Assist in preparation of servicer reports to trustee

Prior to being named Oversight Consultant, Bladestone was a participant in the collateral analysis on the transaction providing loan file due diligence, data integrity and collateral stratification on behalf of the Underwriter.
